Alan Bradshaw

Alan is a Business Psychologist with more than 30 years' experience, having built and led several psychology-focused businesses centred on stress, workplace wellbeing, and mental health. He’s also a partner in one of the UK’s largest Occupational Health Consultancies.

His client list includes major organisations like easyJet, BAE Systems, the Ministry of Defence, the Health and Safety Executive, and the Department for Work and Pensions. He’s worked across a wide range of sectors including local government, utilities, petrochemicals, biosciences, telecoms, the NHS, education, technology, and a wide range of SMEs.

Now, Alan spends most of his time mentoring others in the workplace wellbeing space, especially those looking to build something of their own. He’s passionate about helping good ideas take shape and turn into something that lasts.

He also serves as Deputy Chair of William Simpsons, a social care charity supporting adults living with mental health challenges linked to substance use. There, he chairs the Care Committee and leads the charity’s wellbeing risk strategy for both residents and staff. It’s work that really matters to him, and he's rightly proud of it.
