​Karen is a Business Psychologist registered with The Association for Business Psychology (ABP) and a Full Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). With over 15 years frontline experience in Adult Social Care Services in England, Karen is a CQC Registered Manager for services covering the West Midlands of England supporting vulnerable adults with complex diagnoses including physical Disability, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Neurodivergence, Challenging Behaviour, Mental Health and Addiction.

Karen owns KPF Services, her own consultancy business supporting CQC registered businesses in business acquisition, positive professional networking, financial sustainability and CQC regulatory compliance. Karen spends time supporting the next generation of psychologists by lecturing in various institutions on undergraduate psychology programmes.

Karen has a passion for service delivery and measurable outcomes, and this shines through in her current PhD research focusing on a national review of services for dual diagnosis of mental health and addiction. Karen has been recognised for her specialism in the addiction field and is a Certified Advanced Practitioner with the Addiction Professionals network.
