Positive Thursdays

Positive Thursdays are free, weekly online psychology workshops and meetups run by the Psychology Business Incubator.

Every Thursday at 7pm, participants explore a positive psychology topic focused on helping people feel better and work better. Each session blends light-touch psychology input with meaningful conversation and practical application.

The format is simple and consistent:

🧠 A short introduction to a psychology topic

💬 Breakout-room discussions to explore the idea and connect with others

🗣️ A whole-group conversation to share insights

🧩 A small, practical takeaway to try after the session

Positive Thursdays are designed to be interactive, friendly, and human. They create space for reflection, learning, and genuine connection within a supportive psychology-led community.

Sessions are free to attend, with an optional donation to support the ongoing work of PBI, each session lasts one hour. Each Week has a separate link on Eventbrite.
