Georgia's Story
Organisational Psychology Consultant and Founder of Georgia’s PsyWork Ltd. I specialise in fatigue, human factors, communication, and performance, with a focus on creating learning experiences and organisational systems that help people work with clarity, confidence, and sustainability.
In my role as Director of Operations & Marketing at the Psychology Business Incubator (PBI), I help shape the PBI: our systems, member experience, content, communications, events, and collaborative opportunities. I oversee how our brand shows up, how our platforms run, and how our community connects and learns together. My work centres on creating alignment, ensuring that everything we produce is strategic, accessible, and rooted in our mission to elevate psychology-based businesses.
Through Georgia’s PsyWork, I design and deliver:
-
Fatigue & human factors programmes for safety-critical industries
-
Designed and Builds of bespoke training programmes with tools and frameworks
-
Communication frameworks and behavioural tools
-
Leadership and performance training (e.g., ThinkClick with Tim Pattenden)
-
Consultancy that diagnoses organisational challenges and inputs practical solutions
I specialise in turning evidence-based psychology into clear, engaging, and applied learning, whether that’s a workshop, a webinar, a full training programme, or a bespoke organisational framework.
I’m currently completing Stage 2 of the BPS Qualification in Occupational Psychology, working toward Chartership. My portfolio reflects a commitment to ethical practice, human-centred design, and meaningful, measurable impact.
My academic foundations include an BSc in Psychology with a Year Abroad (University of Hertfordshire) and an MSc in Occupational Psychology (Nottingham Trent University)
At the core of my work is a simple belief: Psychology should be practical, human, and truly useful, not just theoretical.
